Today is Opening Day for the Yankees!
Now batting, our 5 year old daughter, Maya! She had her 5 year old check-up today. She did awesome, got two shots and a finger prick, never shedding a tear. She is our big girl, weighing in at almost 53 lbs and she is 46 inches tall (both 95th percentile). Dr. Lynch kept commenting on how tall she is!
On deck, is our 2 year old son, Matthew, who had his 2 year check-up today. He did awesome as well, and got more annoyed at the bandaid on his finger after the finger prick than anything else. He is our itty bitty, weighing just a mere 24lbs 12 oz (10th percentile) and he is 34 1/2 inches tall (50th). We have a minor concern about his speech and we are considering an Early Intervention evaluation!
The Yankees won 6-3!
